With divisions for juniors through experts, it’s a summer favorite that blends quick climbs, tight turns, and just enough spice to keep every lap electric.

Debuting this September, the Rockfish River Rambler brings a new gravel adventure to Nelson County. The course traces quiet backroads and the winding edges of the Rockfish River, mixing crisp gravel, short climbs, and wide-open stretches built for steady rhythm. It’s a first-year event designed to welcome new riders and satisfy seasoned gravel fans, aiming to carve out a permanent place on Virginia’s fall calendar. PARANORMAL
A legendary fall endurance race on the private singletrack of Tevendale Farm in Earlysville, Virginia. Riders — solo or pairs — rack up as many laps as possible on an 8-mile course from daylight into darkness, lights required once night settles in. Costumes earn a head-start, and all proceeds support Toy Lift to help get bikes to local kids.
