Hi all,

Couldn’t make the shop ride today so I’m heading out for a moderate gravel/road ride tomorrow morning if anyone’s interested. I think it’s around 25 miles might be more can’t be sure. Ride time was about 1:30.

Stony Point Elementary is on Rt. 20 about 10 miles north of Rt. 250. The ride basically climbs up and over the Southwest mountains twice in a nice loops. Quite roads made for cross bikes.

Had a nice pre-Holiday trainer session, seven people working hard for an hour. Intervals were a bit harder, and a bit longer. Drill work continued, with single leg and high speed cadence work.
