I’ve been racing since 1983 as a junior. Took a long break in the 90’s from racing, then went back to the road scene again until 2007. Been riding for fun ever since.

I currently work as a software analyst at Perrin Quarles Associates.

I run Best of VA Bike Tours LLC, www.bestofVAbiketours.com. We run week long tours from Front Royal to Afton. My wife and I have four children from 4yrs to 16yrs old.

I am relatively new to CVL and looking for people to ride with. I’ve only ridden recreationally, but would like to entertain the idea of entering a few races.

I’m a Jack of all trade. Currently I have a private practice doing Thai Massage in Charlottesville and Yogaville, I also teach Yoga, I do landscaping work and I am starting to do some raw food catering. I was also a golf pro and scuba diving instructor in Canada and Jamaica.

Best race result: 13 out 0f 51 for my first Wintergreen Ascent in 2007

I am going into my 4th season as a AG triathlete. My background is running, recreational bike riding, and most recently swimming. I have done the Wintergreen Ascent, Jeff cup, Tour of Tucker Co. WV, and Page Co. Rd Race. so far (pretty much all last year 2009). I have a lot to learn but my primary goal is Eagleman 70.3 this coming June, but I am finding road races/TT to be just as fulfilling. I am signed up for Jeff Cup and Dismal Dash so far for 2010!
