Winter Training Series

Hey Everyone,
The Winter Training Series is still going on. I have started the series out with posts on the CAMBC Forum, and it is kinda tough to migrate it all here now. I found an opportunity for some cross training in the form of Yoga for anyone interested. I placed some information on it on the CAMBC Forum and I emailed it to everyone.

Thanks for the post! Just wanted to let you know that you can help your post by creating a link instead of just posting the URL to the forum.

To do so, wrap quotes around the link text, and put a colon, then the url. There’s a formatting page which describes this better.
