Jeff Cup Race report

I sucked. Felt bad during the warm-up, and terrible the first lap. No legs and any hard effort pinned the heartrate way over threshold. Used every Jedi trick I had to stay in the first group but cracked on the forth lap. Pull out at the final turn, went home, spent half the night in the bathroom (TMI I imagine). Feel a bit better today. May try to recover this week for the Canal TT this weekend. Nice seeing all the CRC’ers out there. Cat 5’s get your mass starts this year, Cat up and I will ride 4’s in Jeff Cup with you next year.
