well im posting alittle late beause i have been sick i pushed my self so hard to win that my immune system shut down on me and by the end of the next day i had tonselitis, strep throat, and a inner and outer ear infection which has caused me to be deaf in my right ear and i will not go away for a few weeks.

Well this race on the 15th is coming up and so far i know myself, and alan bewley are going to do this race. also daniel ortiz might come out and try to place. the race is in hampton so a good 2 hour 45 minute drive but i will be worth it come on its on a race track. so i hope to see some more people from crc out there.

The Time trial was great this year i didnt do it last year but i heard it was great. The 25 mile there and back course was flat and long. On the way down the wind was at our backs and you would avarage 25 mph but once you turned around the head wind was intense with your speed averaging any where from 10 mph to 15 mph. Over all the course and Helpers were great and the event was put together very well. In the morning juniors started first at 9:00-9:12 with Daniel Ortiz starting seventh and me Kris Mahoney starting eleventh for the juniors.
